Times: Mondays 7:00 am - 9:30 am; 10:00 am - 1:00 pm; Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 9:30 am - 12:30 pm

Location: Second Harvest Warehouse, 120 The East Mall, Etobicoke

Requirements: 16+ years of age

If you are looking for a way to give back this summer, we are looking for volunteers to support the Feeding Our Future program, which reaches children that do not always have access to healthy food in the summer months. Volunteers help prepare and deliver meals for children attending summer camps across Toronto.

Food Sort Leader

Dates: August – November 2025

‍Times: Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays; 9:00 am–12:00 pm or 12:30 pm–3:30 pm‍

Commitment: Minimum 3-month commitment; possibility of extension‍

Location: Second Harvest Warehouse, 120 The East Mall, Etobicoke‍

Are you passionate about reducing food waste and love to lead? We are looking for Food Sort Team Lead volunteers to help facilitate food sorts and ensure groups have a positive, educational experience at Second Harvest.

50/50 Raffle Volunteers

Dates: Ongoing

‍Times & Locations: Various events and venues across Canada

Are you a great communicator with a passion for fundraising? Join our team of 50/50 Raffle Volunteers and help us raise critical funds for food rescue. Volunteers will help sell raffle tickets at Second Harvest-affiliated events, engaging with attendees, promoting the raffle and sharing information about Second Harvest’s mission and impact.‍
